　　Established with a registered capital of RMB 60 million Yuan in July 2003, Guangdong Yatai Advanced Material (Group) Technology Co., Ltd. is headquartered in No. 11, Yongsheng Road, Nanjiang Industrial Park, Sihui, consisting of Yatai Metal Material Co., Ltd. and Yatai Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. It is a large comprehensive corporation integrating research of internationally cutting-edge technologies, development and reserve of domestic strategic emerging industrial technologies, test and detection services, commercialization of research fruits, production, sales and services.

     Yatai Group is a national high-tech enterprise equipped with the most advanced intelligent manufacturing equipment at home and abroad and industrially advanced test equipment. The company has been successively certified as “500 high-growth small and medium sized enterprises (private enterprises) supported in priority by Guangdong Province” by Guangdong Bureau of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Guangdong Bureau of Private Economy Development Service and has taken the initiative in the industry to pass the national assessment for enterprises with an integration of informationization and industrialization. The Group has successively been certified as a Clean Production Enterprise of Guangdong, a Class II Enterprise of Safety Standardization in Guangdong, an Independent Innovation Demonstrative Enterprise of Guangdong, an Employer Demonstrative Enterprise of Guangdong, an Integrity Demonstrative Enterprise of Guangdong for three successive years, a Class 4A Good Practice Demonstrative Enterprise of Guangdong, and received a Quality Award Certificate from the municipal government and been honored as a Unit of Integrity “Observing Contracts and Good Faith for Ten Successive Years”. It has achieved a sales amount growth of over 20% for 8 years in a row and has passed the certification of several international management systems such as TüVTS16949, ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004 and OHSAS18001.

　　Under the leadership of President Zhu Zengyu, the Group has insisted on the philosophy of scientific development and technical innovation, upheld the tenet of “Co-existence and Co-development”, followed a corporate spirit of “Establish a Century-lasting Enterprise, Creating a Century-lasting Brand and Setting up an Industrial Benchmark”. It has spared no efforts in building the three brands, Yinliang, Kungang and Jinqi, engaged in high-end and precision plastic processing of metal materials, aiming to occupy over 75% of the domestic market share of windscreen wiper bar for vehicles and 20% of the domestic market of glossy wires, and become a bellwether in the industry of stainless steel processing of China. On the basis of serving Guangzhou Automobile Group with critical parts and components of composite materials, the Group has established Yatai Non-metallic Material Automotive Research Institute, invested RMB 1 billion Yuan to build industrialization production lines of carbon fiber composite material auto parts and components with an annual output meeting the demand of 500,000 cars and build a special industrial park of lightweight auto parts of carbon fiber composite materials with an output value of RMB 2 billion Yuan, with an aim to develop into the largest manufacturing enterprise for R&D and production of non-metallic composite materials in the South China region.

   　The number of employees of the Group has increased from 30+ at the beginning to 120+. Among the management of the Group, those with an education background higher than junior college account for 100% and those with different professional titles account for 35%; the average age of the company’s workforce is 35. The Group has actively introduced experts and professors from institutes of higher learning and scientific research institutions to establish different forms of technical innovation carriers.
